In this studio you will be able to find professional podiatry equipment, drills and bits that will help me obtain these results and will allow me to apply gel products as close as possible to the cuticle. Only gel, hard gel and polygel. Acrylic and dipping powder services are not offered. EPA-registered Hospital Grade Disinfectants. All tools are sterilized in a Medical Grade Autoclave. Cancellation Policy
I strive to provide the best possible experience for each customer. To ensure consistency of quality, I ask each customer to adhere to the following guidelines
Cancellation/Rescheduling policy:
I understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel your appointment, I simply ask that you notify me of any cancellation or rescheduling at least 24 hours prior to the appointment.
* For Same-Day appointments please give me at least 4 hours notice. This time frame gives me the opportunity to offer your reserved time to another client on my waiting list.
* Cancellations or reschedules made within 4 hours of the appointment will incur a charge of 50% of the booked service.
CANCELLATIONS MADE OUTSIDE OF THESE GUIDELINES WILL INCUR A FEE OF 100% OF THE BOOKED SERVICE.
No-Show policy:
Clients who fail to show up for their appointments will be charged the full amount (100%) of the reserved services.
Deposit policy:
Clients require a non-refundable deposit to secure your appointment. When booking your appointment, the system will charge a 25% deposit on your card. All deposits go towards your services. Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. In the event that you need to cancel your appointment, you have the option to reschedule. Your previous deposit will be applied to your next appointment. However, the new appointment must be made within 2 days after the cancellation to retain the deposit. Failure to schedule a new appointment within this time frame will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
Late Arrivals policy:
I offer a 15-MINUTE GRACE PERIOD to allow for unforeseen traffic or parking difficulties. If you anticipate that you will be later than 15 minutes, please call ahead to see if I have the availability to complete your service in full. l reserve the right to refuse partial or complete services and it will be considered as NO-SHOW and 100% of the reserved services will be charged.
