My goal is to provide exceptional, high-quality nail care, with a strong emphasis on precision, hygiene, and client satisfaction. CANCELLATION POLICY
I strive to provide the best possible experience for each customer. To ensure consistency of quality, I ask each customer to adhere to the following guidelines. Business Hours: Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM–6:30 PM Friday–Saturday: 9:00 AM–7:30 PM Sunday: Closed ✔️ Cancellation/Rescheduling policy: I understand that emergencies and unexpected situations can happen. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I kindly ask that requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance during business hours. This allows me enough time to offer your reserved appointment to another client on my waiting list. * Same-Day appointments: appointments booked on the same day they are scheduled to take place a minimum of 4 hours’ notice during business hours is required for cancellation or rescheduling. Cancellations outside of this window will incur a fee of 100% of the booked service. * Cancellations/Rescheduling while the business is closed: if your cancellation request is made within the 24-hour cancellation period while the business is closed, the cancellation/reschedule will be considered outside of the permitted window time, and 100% of the booked service will be charged. Messages sent outside of business hours will be considered received when the business reopens. BY BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE TO THIS CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING POLICY. ✔️ No-Show policy: Clients who fail to show up for their appointments will be charged the full amount (100%) of the reserved services. ✔️ Deposit policy: Clients require a non-refundable deposit to secure your appointment. When booking your appointment, the system will charge a 25% deposit on your card. All deposits go towards your services. Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. If you need to reschedule your appointment, your deposit will be transferred and applied to your rescheduled appointment, provided the rescheduling is made in accordance with the salon policies. ✔️ Rescheduling Policy: Once your appointment is made, you are allowed to reschedule it twice. This gives you two opportunities to make changes if needed. After these two reschedules, if you attempt to reschedule again, your appointment will be automatically canceled, and your deposit will be forfeited. Please plan accordingly to avoid losing your deposit. ✔️ Late Arrivals Policy: I offer a 15-MINUTE GRACE PERIOD to allow for unforeseen traffic or parking difficulties. If you anticipate that you will be later than 15 minutes, please call ahead to see if I have the availability to complete your service in full. l reserve the right to refuse partial or complete services and it will be considered as NO-SHOW and 100% of the reserved services will be charged. ✔️ Appointments Outside Business Hours: If you need an appointment outside of my regular business hours, I’m happy to accommodate when possible. Please note that a $50 convenience fee will be added to the total cost of the service. This fee reflects the additional time and preparation required to serve you outside of normal operating hours.
